Becoming a VMUG member is easy and a game-changer for your IT career development. Do you support Global members?

VMUG is home to more than 150,000 members - many of them joining from all over the world. Our members speak dozens of languages and bring a wealth of insights to our community. No matter where you are in the world, VMUG has content and connections that can elevate your career.

Do you have events near me?

VMUG offers dozens of virtual events that are open to all VMUG members throughout the event. In additional VMUG has hundreds of local events that happy every year. How do I update my membership preferences?

If you'd like to manage your membership profile, simply click the login button at the top of the VMUG site to update your settings, subscription information and much more.

How do I become a VMUG leader?

VMUG Local Leaders are important parts of our community. They host events, offer support to members, present at VMUG events and so much more. If you're interested in learning more about leadership, reach out to our Leader Services team and they'll happily provide more information.

What topics do VMUG events cover?

VMUG events focus on IT topics around the VMware ecosystem, including virtualization (vSphere/ESXi), cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, storage, security, and automation. VMUG offers fractional solutions and conversations that help our members stay current with relevant and critical infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Can I get access to personal-use VMware licenses?

VMUG Advantage proudly offers access to personal-use VMware license including VCF, VVF, vSphere, AVI and more for those who have successfully become VCF Certified. As a VMUG Advantage member, you'll receive 50% certification exam fees to help make becoming certified even easier.
